Our Nursery Manager is Zheeta Hitch. She has twelve years experience as a primary teacher, mainly with Reception children. She was a lead teacher for County Durham before joining us and ensures quality nursery education, as well as a homely environment, is offered to all children.
Zheeta has also taught abroad in Kenya and Korea and as a nursery we continue to foster links with the Kenyan nursery in which she taught.
The nursery has been owned since it opened in 2001 by Steve Hitch. Steve is a qualified childcare practitioner who works full time in the nursery and really enjoys caring for the children, as well as looking after the day-to-day running of the business.
